Nightwave Rank 30 Guide: How Warframe Update 43.5 Made It Faster

Nightwave Rank 30 Guide: How Warframe Update 43.5 Made It Faster

Nightwave rank 30 costs 300,000 Standing: 30 ranks at 10,000 each. If you clear every Act every week, you earn 43,500 Standing and hit rank 30 in just under seven weeks. Update 43.5 made that a lot more realistic. Two Railjack Acts were removed outright and eleven more were shortened or moved to a different tier. If you got stuck on Crewship, K-Drive or Void Angel Acts last series, that's the real news.

๐Ÿ“Š The math: how long does Nightwave rank 30 really take?

Every rank costs a flat 10,000 Standing, which Digital Extremes confirms on its own Nightwave page. So 30 ranks are 300,000 Standing. The weekly income is fixed too, because the Act structure is known: one new Daily Act per day, plus two rotating Weeklies, three permanent Weeklies and two Elite Weeklies each week.

Act typeStanding per ActPer weekWeekly total
Daily Act1,00077,000
Weekly Act4,500522,500
Elite Weekly Act7,000214,000
Total43,500

300,000 divided by 43,500 is 6.9, so with a perfect week every week you need just under seven weeks. What happens when you skip things is more interesting:

Play patternStanding per weekWeeks to rank 30
Everything: Dailies, Weeklies, Elite Weeklies43,5007
Weeklies and Elite Weeklies only (no Dailies)36,500about 8.2
Dailies and Weeklies, no Elite Weeklies29,500about 10.2
Dailies only7,000over 42

Two things jump out. First, the two Elite Weeklies are worth 14,000 Standing a week, twice as much as all seven Dailies combined. Skip them and the grind gets about three weeks longer. Second, Dailies alone never get you there. Logging in for five minutes a day doesn't come close to rank 30.

Standing doesn't stop at rank 30, either. Prestige ranks follow at the same 10,000 Standing each and pay out 15 Cred per rank.

โš ๏ธ The Acts Update 43.5 removed or shortened

This is what makes the seven weeks realistic. Digital Extremes cut two Acts and eased eleven others. The reason for the cut: both Railjack Acts were hard to finish in a squad because you were basically competing with your own teammates.

ConfiscatedHijack an enemy Crewshipremoved
Friendly FireDestroy 3 fighters with a hijacked Crewshipremoved
Now Boarding3 different K-Drive races1 K-Drive race
Perplexed3 puzzles in Duviri (Elite Weekly)1 puzzle, now a regular Weekly

Eternal Guardian2 Void Armageddon missions2 Armageddon rounds, now an Elite Weekly
The Hunt is On5 Syndicate Medallions (Daily)10 Medallions, now a Weekly
Earth/Venus/Zariman Bounty Hunter3 (Earth, Venus) or 4 (Zariman) different BountiesBounties no longer need to be different; Zariman version is now an Elite Weekly
Day TraderWin 3 wagers in a row without the enemy scoringWin 3 wagers in a row, the no-score condition is gone

Three of these are worth more than they look. Cache Hunter now counts caches from any mission instead of Sabotage only, so it often finishes itself while you play. High Ground and Eternal Guardian no longer count completed missions. They count progress inside one mission: 12 sealed Ruptures or 2 Armageddon rounds. No more restarting the same node. And Now Boarding with a single K-Drive race is the Act that cost the most people time last series.

If you haven't touched Railjack in a while, six missions for Elite Explorer are doable even if your piloting is rusty.

๐ŸŽฏ How to plan your week for Nightwave rank 30

  • Elite Weeklies first. 7,000 Standing per Act is the biggest single chunk. Two of them equal 14 Dailies.
  • Reset is Sunday at 00:00 UTC. That's when Weeklies and Elite Weeklies refresh. If you still have open Acts on Saturday night, finish them.
  • Dailies last three days. A new one arrives each day and three are active at once. You can skip a day without losing Standing as long as you catch up within three days.
  • Missed Weeklies aren't gone. Unfinished weekly Acts go into reserve and come back later marked "Recovered," three at a time, once you have fewer than three current weeklies left. That's your safety net if you sit out a week.
  • Stack Acts. A Netracell run, an Isolation Vault bounty and the Medallion hunt often fit into the same session.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Cred Offerings: where to spend your Cred now

The second big change hits the Cred shop. The Nightwave Landing Craft used to be a rank reward that rotated back into individual series every now and then since Series 3: The Glassmaker. With 43.5, the blueprint and all three components (Engines, Avionics and Fuselage) moved permanently into Cred Offerings. No more hoping it shows up in your series.

Also added permanently, per the official patch notes:

  • Aura mods: Corrosive Projection, Dead Eye, Dreamer's Bond, EMP Aura, Enemy Radar, Energy Siphon, Holster Amp, Infested Impedance, Loot Detector, Physique, Pistol Scavenger, Rejuvenation, Rifle Amp, Rifle Scavenger, Shield Disruption, Shotgun Scavenger, Sniper Scavenger, Sprint Boost and Steel Charge.
  • Warframe mods: Deceptive Bond, Power of Three, Prism Guard, Purifying Flames, Purging Slash, Recharge Barrier, Rumbled and Singularity.
  • Weapon blueprints: Ceramic Dagger, Dark Dagger, Dark Sword, Glaive, Heat Dagger, Heat Sword, Jaw Sword, Pangolin Sword and Plasma Sword.
  • A large selection of Solstice weapon skin blueprints.
  • The Wolf Beacon.

What that means in practice: aura mods like Steel Charge or Corrosive Projection used to be a gamble on alerts and rotating offers for newer accounts. If you're just starting to build seriously, spend your Cred there before you buy cosmetics. Missing Steel Charge costs you visible damage in every melee build. โณ How long does Amir's Shockwave run?

Nobody knows officially, and that's Digital Extremes' own position. The official Nightwave page says: "We can't confirm exactly how long a particular Nightwave Series will last until closer to the end, but we will always give you plenty of notice beforehand." Nightwave Mix: Amir's Shockwave started on August 12, 2026, with Update 43.5. As of October 9, 2026, we haven't found an announced end date in the official sources we checked. Any site quoting a specific date without a Digital Extremes source is guessing. The in-game Nightwave screen shows the current timer.

In practice, treat seven weeks at full output as your floor and take the Elite Weeklies seriously instead of hoping for an extension. Once your build is in shape, our Steel Path beginner's guide shows where the harder Acts get easier.

โ“ FAQ

How much Standing do I need for Nightwave rank 30?

300,000 Standing. Each of the 30 ranks costs a flat 10,000.

How many weeks does rank 30 realistically take?

At 43,500 Standing per week (all seven Dailies, five Weeklies and two Elite Weeklies) it takes just under seven weeks. Without the Elite Weeklies it's about ten.

Do I lose Standing if I skip a week?

Not necessarily. Unfinished weekly Acts are saved and come back as "Recovered" Acts in groups of three once you have fewer than three current weeklies left.

Which Acts did Update 43.5 remove?

"Confiscated" (hijack an enemy Crewship) and "Friendly Fire" (destroy three fighters with a hijacked Crewship). Both were hard to do fairly in a squad.

What happens after rank 30?

Prestige ranks. Each one also costs 10,000 Standing and gives 15 Cred.

When is the weekly reset?

Weekly and Elite Weekly Acts refresh every Sunday at 00:00 UTC.

As of October 9, 2026 (current game version: Update 44.1). Act changes and Cred Offerings were checked against Digital Extremes' official Update 43.5 patch notes from August 12, 2026, Standing values and reset rules against the official Nightwave page and the community-run Warframe Wiki (wiki.warframe.com). There's no official wiki. We found no confirmed end date for the current series.
