Soulframe Founders Pack 2026: Prices, Contents and Instant Access
Yes, you can buy your way in: since November 25, 2025 Digital Extremes has sold an official Soulframe Founders Pack in four versions. Three Wyld tiers cost $29.99 each, the Paragon bundle $99.99, and according to the shop page each one includes “Instant Access to Soulframe Preludes”.
They are sold only through Digital Extremes' official shop. The free route through the weekly invite draw still exists, and we cover it in the Soulframe access guide. This article is about the paid option: what's inside, which rules the official Founders FAQ sets and which route makes sense for whom.
📦 Every Soulframe Founders Pack at a glance
The three Wyld tiers cost the same and differ only in cosmetic content. You choose by look, not by value. Paragon is the only pack with clearly more substance: more currency, more invite codes and its own exclusive items.
| Pack | Price | Friend codes | Arcs | Moonsteel Threads | Highlights |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wyld Tethren | $29.99 | 2 | 1,000 | 10 | own pact, armor and weapon set |
| Wyld Oscelda | $29.99 | 2 | 1,000 | 10 | own pact, armor and weapon set |
| Wyld Sirin | $29.99 | 2 | 1,000 | 10 | own pact, armor and weapon set |
| Paragon | $99.99 | 10 total (4 bonus) | 3,500 | 45 | all Wyld content (per the shop image), Paragon greatsword, Sparragon Guide, Marifold Bloom, Paragon Periapt Talisman and Motif, Alora's Royal Dyes Palette |
Each Wyld tier also includes a code for the “Envoy's Sphere Longsword” weapon skin in Warframe, and the Paragon pack has six codes. All buyers also get access to the Founders merch store. According to the support page, the invite codes show up in account management right after purchase, so you don't have to wait for them to unlock.
💡 Four rules from the official Founders FAQ
These four points are in the Founders FAQ on support.soulframe.com and are rarely mentioned elsewhere. They decide whether a purchase makes sense for you.
- Upgrading is possible, you only pay the difference. If you pick a higher bundle while logged in, the difference is charged. You can start with a $29.99 Wyld tier and upgrade to Paragon later without paying full price again.
- Founders items are not tradeable. They can't be traded or sold. That matters since Preludes 15 introduced player trading: your Founders gear is excluded. The only announcement is that Paragon owners should later be able to craft a giftable version of the Paragon greatsword.
- At least 30 days' notice before the end. Digital Extremes has not named an end date for the Founders program and promises to announce the end of sales at least 30 days in advance. There is no time pressure from an expiring offer right now.
- New platforms get their own window. Founders is supposed to reopen on new platforms, but only for a limited time. If you play on PS5 or Xbox, you won't find a matching pack right now. A console version hasn't been promised, though: per Devstream 17 there are no deals with console makers yet.
The FAQ also covers two rarely mentioned details: the bundles are available worldwide except in some sanctioned regions, and buyers from Russia and Belarus can create an account but can't purchase. If you refund your bundle, any linked merch order is canceled as well.
🎯 Free or paid? An honest comparison
The free route still exists and works. According to the official Preludes FAQ, Digital Extremes sends 2,000 invites per week to accounts registered on soulframe.com. Selection is a random draw, so there is no queue you climb.
Important for the math: anyone who created an account by July 12, 2026, 11:59 PM ET got permanent Preludes access in the TennoCon window, including all future Preludes updates. So check your existing account before spending money. If you signed up after that, you are back in the weekly draw.
On top of that, every regular invite email includes four more codes to pass on, according to support. If one person in your group gets drawn, the next four follow for free. Preludes codes have also been handed out as Twitch Drops during devstreams and promotions.
📊 What a Soulframe Founders Pack really costs per person
Don't think in pack prices, think per head. Since every bundle brings invite codes, the price drops a lot once several of you join together.
| Route | Cost | People with access | Price per head |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wait for the draw | $0 | 1 plus 4 via the codes in the email | $0 |
| Wyld tier | $29.99 | 3 (you plus 2 codes) | about $10.00 |
| Paragon | $99.99 | 11 (you plus 10 codes) | about $9.09 |
Prices are US dollars before tax, and your payment provider may convert. The last column only holds if you actually hand out the codes. If you buy just for yourself, you pay $29.99 for something you can get free with patience. Then the only real value is the instant start plus the cosmetics.
⚠️ What to know before you buy
Preludes runs only on PC through the soulframe.com launcher. The purchase does not give you a Steam or Epic key. The Soulframe Steam page is online but says “Coming soon” and is not playable.
The state of the game belongs in your decision too. Preludes is officially a pre-alpha, an early build that changes heavily with every update. If you expect a finished scope, don't buy. If the development itself interests you, that's exactly the point. For your first steps afterward, our Soulframe beginner guide helps.
🗺️ Is now a good time to buy?
The current content state is Preludes 16 “Of Hook and Hound”, live since September 18, 2026, with fishing and wolf pup training among other things. The next big update is officially called “Warsongs: A Soulframe Fable” and is announced as a separate, later update for fall 2026, without a date.
In practice: if you buy now, you jump straight into Preludes 16. Since there is no end date for Founders and at least 30 days' notice is promised, nothing stops you from waiting until shortly before Warsongs and joining the free draw in the meantime.
❓ Soulframe Founders Pack FAQ
Is Soulframe free or do I have to pay?
Both exist side by side. Access through the weekly draw is free, the Founders bundle is the paid route with an instant start.
Which Wyld tier is the best?
None. Tethren, Oscelda and Sirin cost the same and give the same amount of Arcs, Moonsteel Threads and codes. Choose by how the set looks.
Can I switch from Wyld to Paragon later?
Yes. Per the Founders FAQ, you select the higher bundle while logged in and only pay the difference.
Can I resell Founders items?
No. Founders content is explicitly excluded from trading, even though Preludes 15 introduced player trading.
Is there a Founders Pack for PS5 or Xbox?
Not right now. Digital Extremes announces a separate, time-limited Founders window for new platforms. A console version hasn't been promised, though; per Devstream 17 there are no deals with console makers yet.
Is the Founders offer ending soon?
No end date has been named. Digital Extremes promises at least 30 days' notice before sales close.
